Guided visit of the Mount Teide Observatory

You must be at the entrance to the Observatory at least 15 minutes before the visit begins. If you do not arrive on time and the visit has already started you will not be able to enter the Observatory and you can visit on another day.

Visits in Spanish, English, German, French and / or Russian.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If it is not possible to access the Teide Observatory due to technical reasons or adverse weather conditions, the amount paid for the activity shall be reimbursed. In case of cloud cover conditions in the Observatory, the usual itinerary of the visit may be modified.

Reservations may be cancelled or the date may be changed free of charge until 3 pm on the day prior to the activity. Same day or later changes/cancellations incur a charge of €6 per person.

Date changes are valid for 1 year provided that the vouchers have not been redeemed. Any change of date or cancellation must be made within a period of no more than 30 days from the date of the initial booking. Up to 3 date changes are permitted.

Free Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled or the date of the activity may be changed free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the activity. After this period, 100% of the amount will be charged.
