Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity. Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity will incur a 50% penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity, there will be no refund.

If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.
