Pick-ups
・Costa Adeje / Los Cristianos daily between 11:00 and 14:00, except Saturdays.
・Los Gigantes Monday at 11:00 dive.
・Puerto de La Cruz Wednesday at 11:00 dive. Afterwards, you will have free time in Playa de Las Americas until 15:00 before returning to Puerto de La Cruz.

Note
・Audio guide available in 12 languages on all dives, every day: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Hungarian, Romanian and Polish.
・Headphones will be provided free of charge and each client will have their own unit to choose their language and adjust their individual volume settings.
・Inside the submarine it is possible to use a camera and video camera without any problem. It is recommended to use a high speed film (400 ASA or higher) in order to get better quality pictures. If you wish to use flash through the windows, you should place the lens close to the surface of the glass to avoid light reflection.
・For safety reasons, children under 2 years old cannot take part in this activity.

・Experience the sensation of a dive aboard the Submarine Safari, which will take you to the bottom of the sea in the vicinity of the Marina of San Miguel. The clarity of the waters and the marine life of the island of Tenerife make this dive a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
・On each trip, you will be accompanied by a guide explaining the submarine and everything you see around you. Your seat in front of a large 800 mm porthole will give you a clear view of the outside. In addition, each window has its TV monitor through which you can watch the outside from different angles.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.

Will I be picked up at my hotel when a transfer is possible? And where is the meeting point
The exact meeting point for your excursion will be specified in your booking confirmation email.
If a transfer service is included with your booking, we offer convenient hotel pickup. The availability of this service will depend on your hotel’s location and the specific excursion.
May I pay directly in cash when the tour / activity starts?
We offer online purchases on the platform. If you wish to buy with cash you can visit our office.
Do you offer discounts?
We generally cannot give any discounts due to the very high demand. We offer discount for group bookings. Please contact us
What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
