Note
・Children taller than 1.20 m are allowed to be accompanied in a double buggy. Children from 3 years old can ride in a 4-seater buggy in a child seat.
・People under 18 years of age are prohibited from driving. The client must have a driver's license. TEMPORARY LICENSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
・The client must come in closed shoes.
・Recommendation: Warm jacket or clothing.

Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity. If you cancel within 48 hours of the activity, 70% will be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of the excursion, there will not be a refund.
Teide Adventure is a 3-hour trip to the Teide National Park. There are two tours: a day tour and a sunset tour.
・After a short briefing, we will drive through several villages in the south of Tenerife. On the way to the volcano, our experienced guides will take you on an adrenaline-pumping route where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the island and ocean.
・We will stop at an altitude of 2200 meters above sea level, where you can relax, take panoramic photos and, most importantly, breathe fresh air. On the road through forest and dried lava, we will pass to the famous viewpoints of Las Cañadas del Teide and Los Poleos, where we can relax, take panoramic photographs and admire the majestic landscape that offers us the island of Tenerife to create unforgettable moments in you ,we will take the way back and we will make a route of dirt road for 30 min where customers can observe the typical Canarian crops and we can admire the entire coastal area of the island until we arrive back to our base.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.

The exact meeting point for your excursion will be specified in your booking confirmation email.
If a transfer service is included with your booking, we offer convenient hotel pickup. The availability of this service will depend on your hotel’s location and the specific excursion.
May I pay directly in cash when the tour / activity starts?
We offer online purchases on the platform. If you wish to buy with cash you can visit our office.
Do you offer discounts?
We generally cannot give any discounts due to the very high demand. We offer discount for group bookings. Please contact us
What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
