Twin Ticket is the option to visit at a great price, Loro Parque and Siam Park, two of the best parks in the world.
Loro Parque, chosen by users of TripAdvisor as the first zoological park in Europe and the 2º best in the world, is a beautiful environmental park. Visit the largest collection of parrots in the world and enjoy all the marvels offered there: its gardens, orchids, sharks, countless animals and fantastic shows of sea lions, dolphins, orcas and parrots. It is situated in Puerto de la Cruz.
Siam Park, chosen by users of TripAdvisor as the first water park in the world, it is the largest water park in Europe. It was built on an area of 185,000 m2 and it is inspired by the ancient Kingdom of Siam. It is located in Costa Adeje.

Bus Service
Siam Park
A free bus service is available every 30 minutes from the following stops:
Costa Adeje: CC El Duque, Fañabe Plaza, Ocean Park
Los Cristianos: CC Pasarela, Princesa Dacil
Las Americas: Apts Columbs, Best Tenerife, Llanos de Troya
Other Areas: Transfers from Puerto de la Cruz and other resorts in the South are available. Please ask for details and prices. Reservations are required for this service.
Loro Parque
Our bus service is available from all areas in the South of the island to Loro Parque 7 days a week, depending on the zone (from Puerto de la Cruz a free bus service is available).
Express Bus: Our Express Service offers the advantage of a more direct and shorter service with fewer pick up points allowing more time to spend in Loro Parque. This service is only available in Costa Adeje and Las Américas.

We inform you that the Twin Ticket ticketing system is with the use of fingerprint.
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity, there will not be a refund. No cancellations will be accepted once the first park has been visited.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.
Can I book an excursion within 24 hours of its start time?

Will I be picked up at my hotel when a transfer is possible? And where is the meeting point
The exact meeting point for your excursion will be specified in your booking confirmation email.
If a transfer service is included with your booking, we offer convenient hotel pickup. The availability of this service will depend on your hotel’s location and the specific excursion.
May I pay directly in cash when the tour / activity starts?
We offer online purchases on the platform. If you wish to buy with cash you can visit our office.
Do you offer discounts?
We generally cannot give any discounts due to the very high demand. We offer discount for group bookings. Please contact us
What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.
May I purchase a gift voucher?
To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
