Note
- Show up 15 minutes before the activity.
- Clients must sign a document at the beginning of the activity in which they agree to follow the rules and safety instructions of the monitors at all times.
- The client must go to the MST kiosk on the beach of their choice for the activity. From there you will be transferred in the zodiacs to the open sea to meet the instructor and start the safari on the motorbikes. You will also return to the beach by zodiac.
Important
- To drive a jet ski (without a licence), the minimum age is 16 years old with written parental consent.
- The 16 year old customer is not allowed to drive a double jet ski.
- The minimum age for a companion on tours (20 minutes) is 6 years; on safari (40 minutes and 1 hour) is 10 years; and on safari over two hours is 12 years.
- It is recommended that the weight of clients on double Jet Skis should not exceed 150-170 kg (between them) and for safety reasons, the driver should weigh more than the passenger. In case the clients exceed the maximum weight, for safety reasons they have to split into 2 individual jet skis.
- Parascending: Minimum age is 8 years old, but age may change depending on weather conditions. Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity. If you cancel within 48 hours of the activity, 50% will be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of the excursion, there will not be a refund.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.
Can I book an excursion within 24 hours of its start time?

Will I be picked up at my hotel when a transfer is possible? And where is the meeting point
The exact meeting point for your excursion will be specified in your booking confirmation email.
If a transfer service is included with your booking, we offer convenient hotel pickup. The availability of this service will depend on your hotel’s location and the specific excursion.
May I pay directly in cash when the tour / activity starts?
We offer online purchases on the platform. If you wish to buy with cash you can visit our office.
Do you offer discounts?
We generally cannot give any discounts due to the very high demand. We offer discount for group bookings. Please contact us
What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.
May I purchase a gift voucher?
To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
