Bus Service
A free shuttle bus to Siam Park is available every 30-40 minutes from 9:30 to 17:30 at the following stops in the south of Tenerife:
・Los Cristianos: CC Pasarela, Princesa Dácil
・Playa de las Americas: Aparthotel Columbus, Best Tenerife, Llanos de Troya
・Costa Adeje: CC El Duque, CC Fañabe Plaza, Ocean Park
A shuttle bus to Siam Park is available on request from your hotel in the south of Tenerife at an additional cost, which must be purchased with your entrance ticket:

What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
