・We also have a free transfer service, which must be confirmed once the booking has been made. This service will be available 45 minutes before the start of the activity, directly at the agreed place.

Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity, no refund will be made.
The boats are designed with three seats, one reserved for the instructor.
・Once you leave the protected waters of the harbour, a short briefing will be given on the manoeuvres required to make the most of the excursion, including turns and skidding.
・Then participants will have the opportunity to take control of the JetCar under the watchful eye of the instructor, who will ensure that all safety measures are followed.
・A towel and a choice of drinks, including water, beer, soft drinks or cava will be provided at the end of the excursion.
How will I receive my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.

If a transfer service is included with your booking, we offer convenient hotel pickup. The availability of this service will depend on your hotel’s location and the specific excursion.

We offer online purchases on the platform. If you wish to buy with cash you can visit our office.
Do you offer discounts?
We generally cannot give any discounts due to the very high demand. We offer discount for group bookings. Please contact us
What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
