Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before the excursion. In case of cancellation between 48-24h before the tour, the 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. After 24h before the excursion, it will be charged 100%.
How will I receive my tickets?

What happens if the weather is too bad to go on the excursion?
If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
