IMPORTANT Cable Car Information

- If you want to take the cable car on the Teide National Park excursion, you must purchase your ticket at the time of booking the excursion.
- Teleférico del Teide does not accept changes or cancellations after 4pm the day before the excursion.
- The facilities may stop operating due to adverse weather conditions and we will be informed about this throughout that morning.

• The tour starts once all participants are on the bus.
• Pick-ups can involve transfers to other buses.
• Pick up will be at the closest meeting point to your hotel.
• This tour may be subject changes to itinerary and timetable due to adverse weather conditions or reasons beyond our control.

IMPORTANT

- To access the cable car you need to buy a ticket in advance of the excursion.
- If you want to include the cable car ride on the Teide Teide National Park Excursion you must buy the ticket when you book the excursion.
- Teide Cable Car tickets for children 3-13 years old.

Restrictions

• People with heart problems, pregnant women, and children under 3 are not allowed to ascend by cable car due to the risk that high altitude poses to their health. If you have any health problems, consult your doctor before planning your visit or booking your Mount Teide Cable Car tickets.
• In accordance with current regulations, persons with any physical disability or motor impairment are not permitted to make the ascent by cable car, because of the potential risks if the vehicle has to be evacuated.
• It is essential to bear in mind that in the event of the failure of the cable car system due to unexpected technical reasons, passengers already at the upper station will have to make their descent on foot and using steep mountain paths.

Information

Suitable for people with disabilities or with reduced mobility.
A máximum of 2 wheelchairs per bus.
Priority seats on the front of the bus.
The degree of disability must allow the person to get on the bus assisted by accompanying person.

Free Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the excursion. If you cancel within 24 hours of the excursion, there will not be a refund. Cable Car Ticket: bookings may be cancelled or changed free of charge until 4 p.m. on the day before the booking date. After this, no reimbursement will be made.
